Abelha Organic Cachaca Silver is an unaged Brazilian cachaca that focuses on freshness, purity, and traditional production methods. Made by Abelha Cachaca, it is distilled from fresh sugarcane juice sourced from organically grown cane in Bahia, rather than molasses as used in rum production. The fermentation is carried out naturally, followed by small-batch distillation, preserving the character of the raw ingredient and maintaining a close connection to its agricultural origin.
Unlike aged expressions, this "silver" or unaged version is bottled shortly after distillation, without time in wood, allowing the natural profile of the sugarcane to remain fully intact. The production is certified organic, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and minimal intervention throughout the process. It is positioned as a traditional, clean style of cachaca, commonly used in classic serves such as the caipirinha, while also offering a direct expression of the spirit in its purest form.
