Order Dispatch
A majority of orders received before 4pm on any Working Day are processed and dispatched the same day on our Next Working Day delivery service.

Orders are dispatched on a Next Working Day delivery service as standard (UK Mainland only, excluding Scottish Highlands). Our couriers deliver and collect orders from our dispatch locations Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays and other public holidays).

Delivery of orders is also possible on a Saturday please see below for further details.

Track your Order
Once an order has been dispatched, an email is sent to the invoice email address confirming the order has left the Dispatch Warehouse. Within this email will also be a tracking link to track the progress of the order.

Orders with a high number of items may be dispatched with a specialist courier service where a tracking link may not be available.

How will my order be delivered?
Orders are delivered by courier or by pallet delivery. Depending on the volume ordered or where the order value is over £1,500 (£1,250 ex VAT), an order may be upgraded to a pallet delivery service free of charge.

Delivery Charge and where do we deliver?
We deliver throughout mainland UK including England, Wales and Scotland. Shipping to Northern Ireland is not currently available. The delivery charge for shipping within Mainland UK is as follows:

FREE Mainland UK delivery is automatically provided for orders over £450 (£375 ex VAT) excluding Scottish Highlands.

If you require shipping to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, please ensure you provide the correct delivery address postcode. The corresponding delivery charge will be automatically calculated. Providing an incorrect postcode can delay the processing of an order. Saturday Delivery is not available to these destinations. Shipping to Northern Ireland is no longer available. Due to additional processes required in shipping to Northern Ireland, shipping to this location is not currently available.

Please note our couriers do not deliver to PO Box or BFPO addresses.

Can a delivery date be requested?
Yes of course. We recognise not all businesses are open every day of the working week. You can specify a delivery date request for an order during checkout. Please enter the preferred delivery date in the corresponding box during checkout.

Does Winerite deliver on a Saturday?
Saturday delivery is available for orders requiring delivery to a Mainland UK delivery address (excluding Scottish Highlands and other remote locations).

Orders dispatched on the Saturday delivery service can be delivery anytime up to 5.30pm. Saturday delivery must be selected during the checkout process.

If you provide a mobile number during checkout, you should receive a text message on the morning of delivery, advising of a time window for delivery.

Orders requiring Saturday delivery must be placed by Friday 4pm to be processed for dispatch. Saturday delivery is fixed at £8.99 (Mainland UK only excluding Scottish Highlands and other remote locations). For further details on Saturday deliveries please contact us on
