Description

Description:

Badia a Coltibuono 'Cultus' Chianti Classico Riserva is a beautifully crafted wine that embodies the heritage and refined terroir of Tuscany's famed Monti subzone. Hailing from vineyards that are organically cultivated and steeped in centuries of winemaking tradition, 'Cultus' seamlessly blends Sangiovese with historic local varieties such as Colorino, Canaiolo, and Ciliegiolo. The vines, planted at elevations between 250 and 330 metres and benefiting from fresh, ventilating breezes, bask under the Tuscan sun in south and east-facing plots. Each grape is hand-harvested and vinified using wild yeasts and gentle winemaking methods, ensuring every bottle reflects the authentic character of this renowned region. Crafted in a gravity-fed winery and aged in French oak barriques, the wine is a testament to both tradition and innovation-produced sustainably by the Stucchi Prinetti family across generations.
