Bottega Platinum Prosecco DOC is straw yellow in colour. It's fresh and lively in the glass. On the nose there's aromas of green apple, white peach and citrus. There's floral notes of acacia flowers and wisteria on the finish. An elegant and well structured prosecco, with balance between acidity and sweetness.
Best enjoyed chilled between 4-5°C.
