Chateau Leoube

Perched in the golden light of Cap Bénat on France's Côte d'Azur, Château Léoube is an estate where sea breezes, ancient soils, and organic viticulture combine to produce wines of rare character and grace. Owned since 1997 by the Bamford family, Léoube is a pioneer of sustainability in Provence - certified organic, committed to biodiversity, and deeply rooted in preserving the natural harmony of its land.

The terroir at Léoube is something special - soils saturated with minerals from ancient seabeds, a coastal climate tempered by marine air, and a microclimate that balances warm daylight with cooling evenings. The vineyards are planted on schist, clay, and colluvial soils, each contributing to the purity, freshness and minerality that the wines are known for.

Winemaker Romain Ott, continuing his family's multi-generation legacy in Provence, leads with vision and respect for tradition. At Léoube, grapes are hand harvested, grown according to organic and biodynamic principles, and processed with careful attention to season, soil and climate. From rosé to white and red cuvées, each vintage captures the distinctive Mediterranean sunlight, freshness, and elegance of the estate.
