Description

Description:

A limited edition presentation of Dom Perignon Rose Vintage 2005, created by acclaimed Japanese designer Tokujin Yoshioka. Tokujin's artistic works use light both as a material and as a medium, and in this collaboration was inspired by Dom Perignon's famous exclamation: "I am drinking the stars!" Dom Perignon Rose Vintage 2005 has taken over ten years of patient maturation before it was deemed ready to declare. The perfect balance of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, it expresses the tension between youth and maturity and between exhibition and restraint. Initial tropical aromas of guava and curry leaf fade away into more classic notes of ripe stone fruit and toasted spices. A bracing vinosity on the palate, initially rich, gaining power and structure over time. It lingers in the mouth bringing notes of licorice and juicy blood orange. The bottle comes presented in a Tokujin Yoshioka designed Dom Perignon box.
