Edinburgh Gin

Edinburgh Gin is produced by the folks behind Spencerfield Spirits Co. who, since 1970 have been producing a range of independent blended whiskies.

Edinburgh Gin itself was introduced in 1990. The team distils right in the heart of Edinburgh with a combination of both an alembic and traditional column stills allowing them to create a variety of different products.
