Bohemian-style absinthes tend to be drier and more herbaceous, with a reduced liquorice character and a stronger focus on bitter and vegetal notes. The result is a profile that is more direct and less rounded than traditional absinthe, with the botanical mix leaning toward green herbs rather than sweetness or balance.
