Citrus and apple remain at the core, but they feel less sharp on entry. Instead of arriving all at once, the fruit builds more gradually, moving evenly across the palate. What changes most is the sense of flow. In smaller formats, you can pick out the stages, fruit, structure, then finish. Here, those steps are less obvious. Everything connects more naturally, giving a more composed impression. The background notes are quieter too. Pastry and light almond are present, but they are blended in rather than sitting separately. Nothing stands out on its own. Texture becomes smoother and more even. The mousse is finer, and the wine feels slightly broader without gaining weight. It stays light, just more settled. Overall, this format does not make the wine bigger, it makes it calmer. The style remains clean and balanced, just more integrated.
