This is first and foremost a presentation piece, but the wine inside remains the same rose cuvee, known for its purity of fruit and very clean structure. The “Petal Robe” design wraps the bottle in a floral inspired sleeve, shifting the focus toward gifting and visual impact, while the style of the wine stays unchanged. What defines this cuvee is its fruit expression. Rather than blending red wine into the base, it is made using maceration, where Pinot Noir grapes spend time on their skins. This gives a more natural colour and a clearer red fruit profile, which comes across as fresh rather than heavy.
The fruit sits right at the front. Raspberry, strawberry, and cherry come through immediately, supported by a light citrus edge that keeps everything lifted. It never moves into jammy or dense territory, staying bright and well defined. Structure is present but not dominant. The wine does not rely on sharpness to carry it. Instead, the freshness works alongside the fruit, keeping the profile clean without making it feel tight. There is very little emphasis on secondary notes. You might notice a faint hint of pastry or a subtle floral tone with air, but the focus remains firmly on the red fruit. Texture is smooth and flowing, with fine bubbles and a light feel across the palate. It spreads easily without building weight, which adds to its sense of elegance. Overall, this is about clarity and immediacy. The limited edition packaging adds visual appeal, but the wine itself stays consistent, clean, fruit driven, and very direct in its expression.
