As part of South Africa's Integrated Production of Wine and the Walker Bay Conservancy, Lomond champions sustainable viticulture and ethical trade, creating wines that are as environmentally mindful as they are complex. This elegant white blend is skilfully crafted by celebrated cellar master Anne van Heerden, who leverages the valley's unique terroir to deliver wines brimming with vibrancy and layered complexity. The grapes are hand-harvested in the cool early morning, then gently pressed and fermented at low temperatures to preserve aromatic freshness. Elements of Semillon and Viognier are matured in oak for added texture and subtle spice, before blending with Sauvignon Blanc for a wine that is both refined and captivating.
