A fine example with the fruity aroma of the Chardonnay grape being enhanced by regional characteristics. The palate is crisp and fruity and has a long dry finish. Petit Chablis is produced mainly from the flat areas of Chablis. It is a separate delimited classification which represents a fairly small percentage of the total Chablis output. |
