A rich dark cherry red wine, Mad Fish Shiraz has a great colour density. On the nose there are aromas of black pepper spice, ripe plum compote, five spice powder and toasty oak. A full-bodied wine with concentrated fruit flavours of chocolate and black cherries and subtle savoury textures with fine, soft tannins. |
