This gin is a bit different - and that's exactly the point. Made in Yorkshire by Masons of Yorkshire, it takes a traditional dry gin base and layers in real Yorkshire tea. Sounds unusual, but it actually works really well. You still get the classic gin backbone - juniper, citrus, a bit of spice - but the tea adds a dry, slightly earthy edge that makes it feel more rounded and a bit more grown-up. It's not overly floral or sweet, more crisp and refreshing with something extra going on underneath. It's the kind of gin that stands out in a G&T without needing loads of garnish - just a bit of lemon and you're good. Definitely one to try if you want something familiar but with a twist.
