Produced in Greece, this spirit is created by blending aged wine distillates with Muscat wines from the island of Samos, along with a small selection of Mediterranean botanicals. The distillates are matured in oak casks to develop structure before being combined with the aromatic wine component, which introduces both sweetness and floral character. The Five Star expression represents a younger and more vibrant style within the range, where the influence of fresh fruit and wine is more prominent than extended oak aging. Compared to older bottlings, it shows a lighter body and a more immediate profile, with less emphasis on depth and more on accessibility and brightness. The integration of Muscat wine plays a central role, contributing natural sugars, honeyed notes, and a soft texture. Its versatility allows it to be served neat, over ice, or in mixed drinks, where its rounded and slightly sweet profile adapts easily to a variety of combinations.
