Porter's Gin is a modern classic style of gin, utilising cold distillation to bring a lighter fresher flavour. A blend of twelve botanicals are used, including Buddha's hand citron, pink peppercorn and cinnamon alongside juniper and other traditional ingredients. A juniper-led taste balanced by smooth citrus notes, which excels in aperitifs, long drinks and highballs. The cold distillation process uses a rotary evaporator to extract the lighter and fresher flavours from the more delicate botanicals like the Buddha's hand citron and pink peppercorns. The remaining botanicals undergo a traditional pot distillation, and the two components are blended together to create Porter's Gin. The bottle comes presented in a cream Porters Gin Box. |
