Carefully recreated using Demerara pot still rum from Guyana, oak-aged rums from Trinidad and the legendary Caroni distillery, alongside small-batch sugarcane rum from the historic Callwood Distillery in the British Virgin Islands, this is a wonderfully complex expression of traditional Caribbean rum-making.
