Grown at 800 metres above sea level, amidst outstanding natural beauty, the low-yielding Tempranillo and Syrah vines enjoy a perfect balance of warm days and cool nights. This unique terroir, combined with sustainable viticulture practices, ensures each bottle delivers elegance, depth, and complexity. Winemakers Tao Platon and Sam Harrop handcraft the wine in small batches, letting each parcel shine with its own character.
