Whitley Neill Mango and Lime Gin is inspired by Sri Lanka. It has flavours of sun ripened mango and fresh lime, with a vibrant and citrusy taste of the tropics. The fruity flavours are balanced with peppery undertones of fresh stone fruit and juniper, rounded with a citrus sherbet finish and hint of soft spice from cassia bark and coriander.
Serve in a balloon glass with a double measure (50ml) of Whitley Neill Mango and Lime Gin topped with ice and refreshing elderflower tonic. To add eye appeal and a hint of extra flavour, garnish with a slice of pineapple and a sprig of mint.
