Wiston Estate Cuvee is a testament to the artistry and dedication of the Goring family, whose vision transformed the rolling chalk hills of the South Downs in Sussex into one of England's premier sparkling wine estates. Crafted from a harmonious blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier grapes, this exceptional English sparkling wine captures the essence of its unique terroir. The vineyard, situated on south-facing chalk slopes only a stone's throw from the coast, benefits from excellent airflow and natural defences against frost, allowing grapes to ripen with great concentration and balance. Committed to sustainable viticulture, the Wiston team employs biodynamic principles, encourages biodiversity, and minimises intervention throughout the growing and winemaking process. Each variety is delicately pressed using a traditional Coquard basket press, fermented in seasoned Burgundy and Bordeaux barrels, and matured on lees to develop deep complexity and texture.
