The meticulous blend combines 40% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir, and 20% Pinot Meunier, sourced predominantly from renowned sites such as Vertus, Villers-Marmery, Ay, Hautvillers, Avenay Val d'Or, and Villedommange. After a minimum of four years ageing in ancient limestone cellars, the wine emerges with layers of complexity and a seamless harmony designed to elevate any gastronomic occasion.
