This is a very different direction from the rest of the Lanson range. Instead of structure and tension leading the wine, the focus shifts toward approachability and flexibility, especially for mixing or serving over ice.The fruit profile is pushed forward more deliberately. Peach, ripe apple, and citrus come through immediately, with a softer, rounder feel than the house’s drier styles. It is less about precision and more about openness. Acidity is still present, but it plays a supporting role rather than driving the wine. It keeps the wine from feeling flat, but the overall impression is smoother and more relaxed.
What makes this cuvee stand out is how it is intended to be used. It is designed to handle dilution, particularly from ice, without losing its shape. That extra sweetness and fruit intensity allow it to remain expressive even when chilled heavily or mixed with garnishes like citrus or berries. Texture is softer and more rounded than the rest of the range. The mousse is still fine, but the wine feels broader and more immediate across the palate.

Soft and rounded. Stone fruit and citrus dominate, with a smooth, easy texture and gentle freshness underneath.
Finish:
Short to medium. Fruity and clean, with a soft fade rather than a sharp or dry close.
