A bright straw colour with hints of green. The typical aromas of verdejo can be detected on the nose with medium intensity. Fennel, fine herbs, white flowers, pear and nectarine are all evident. The palate is fat and fresh with a round, unctuous character and long finish. Lees ageing and good acidity allow the wine to conserve the varietal aromas leaving a fresh, aromatic and complex wine. |
